Crazy Scrubs had already established their e-commerce presence when they chose AldaT to completely rebuild their e-commerce application. Crazy Scrubs' continual growth and constantly changing products required more robust management tools. Now Crazy Scrubs can easily manage their own e-commerce store from any Internet connected computer.

Some of the features of Crazy Scrub's site include:

• Entire products lines are controlled through secured managers visible to Crazy Scrubs on the web.
• Customers are able to access their records and make updates.
• Mailings, using the Crazy Scrubs theme, can be sent to managed mailing lists incorporated into the customer database.

• DHTML specials menu can be easily changed via. managers on the web.
• Products can be discounted by using several techniques.
• Dynamic retailer listings allows retailers, and their addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and web addresses, to be easily managed and displayed on the web.

Parker Medical is a medical device manufacturing company. The site AldaT built for them allows customers to ask questions about the Parker Medical products. These questions are answered by the Parker Medical staff and then made available on the site. In order to reach more of Parker Medical's global market, this site provides both English and Spanish versions.

Visitors are able to register then gain access to technical documents and online instructions. Parker Medical employees are able to manage registrants, an automated catalog, and create and track various expense accounts.

The future...

Behind the scenes, the Parker Medical application is growing to include a complete business-to-business infrastructure. When complete, this application will be used both internally and externally to track, and manage all aspects of product development from internal purchase orders to tracking external purchase orders and order fulfillment. Also, business accounts will accommodate each business relationship uniquely and allow businesses to create and manage their own user accounts.

Bel-Rea, one of the largest veterinary technician schools in the United States, asked AldaT to rebuild their already dynamic job listings manager.

Previously, all job submissions were emailed to Bel-Rea using a web based form. These jobs were then reentered into the database where they displayed indefinitely. If an employer wanted to edit or delete a job listed, they had to reenter all the listing's information into another form. Then Bel-Rea reentered the information into the database.

Now, there is no need to reenter any information. An employer's information, all their locations and all their listings, past and present, are managed by the employers themselves. Also, employer information is exported from their application using XML and delimited files built to be compatible with external systems.

When a new listing is submitted, all the Bel-Rea employees registered on the application and selected for email administration, are notified of the new listing. Once approved, the listing is set to active and becomes live. Employers are also notified a set number of days before a listing's expiration, and again upon expiration.

By tracking past job listings and the status of these listings, Bel-Rea has a wealth of data available for data-mining and reporting.

Chef Monster is a sister to site to Crazy Scrubs. The design, including Luigi the chef, was done by AldaT, and the application is almost identical to the Crazy Scrubs application. Although the product lines have their similarities, these two versions take advantage of the flexibility of the product lines, products, and their attributes—such as size and color.

The e-commerce application was built to be maintained by the client. Virtually all updates to our commerce sites are done without any intervention by AldaT, a single line of HTML, or any of that other technical stuff.

William Smith & Co. wanted a static website design that coordinated with their printed materials.

Our entry-level sites are built to be easily upgraded to include any of our components. Also, all elements of the DHTML used for the navigation of this site are compatible, and have been tested, with versions 4 and greater of Netscape and Internet Explorer.

Everest Financial Network began their web presence with a static website designed by AldaT. Since then EFN’s needs have grown, AldaT has built an online credit application. Interested applicants can enter their information online and log back into incomplete applications.

In addition to the site design, AldaT created Everest’s logo, letter-head, business cards, and multimedia marketing material.

Appraisals & More’s site and corporate identity were designed by AldaT. AldaT also worked Appraisal & More to create an online appraisal application. In addition to members areas, members management and members email management, members can create multiple requests for appraisal applications and sales data request.

While an appraisal application is incomplete, its owner can log in and make edits. Once the application is complete, Appraisals & More is notified of the submission. Online managers allow Appraisals & More to track, organize, update, link documents, and write internal and external feedback for each application. Sales Data Requests are handled in a similar manner.

Link2Sox was looking for an internet presence as a way of launching their invention into the marketplace. Armed with a digital camera, and AldaT’s e-commerce application, Link2Sox now is able to build an entire business.

As with all our e-commerce sites, Link2Sox has full online management of their store and customer management tools.

Omni Transportation Services requested a site that would allow them to post their "available loads". This site also allows existing customers to place orders and provides new customers a means for obtaining a quote for services. This site provides a customer registration system and remote administration of the entire site.

Oxy-View has a unique oxygen delivery device they wanted to make available on the web. AldaT worked with Oxy-View to create not only a customer to business e-commerce application, but also an application that will organize and automate an entire non-profit online community, and business-to-business transactions.

Persistent Restorations requested a site to dynamically populate a current listing of cars and featured parts by using a series of web based forms. These forms are designed to be easy to use, even for those who dislike computers, and tailored to fit the existing business process. This site also showcases Persistent Restoration's 30-years of service and world-renowned reputation.

DDS Homepage is designed to be a web portal for dentists. The idea is to have a plethora of information easily available within a few short clicks. The content on this site is controlled by the DDS Homepage members and the links are relevant to the industry. DHTML combined with a SQL Server™ database provide content for each folder without reloading each page, and this same technology provides dynamic, interactive navigation based upon the links and content provided by DDS Homepage's members.

David Kribs used his site to campaign and communicate with the voters while running for city council. As part of the site’s registration system, voters were able to sign in submit questions. David’s campaign could respond to questions individually or select to have the response displayed on the web site. This site also takes advantage of email management which allows registered users, who selected to be on the mailing list, to be emailed using a custom template.

Lone Wolf Operating Lone Wolf Operation initially had AldaT create a logo, business cards, and static web site. This site has since been upgraded to include dynamic projects content. Employees are able to log in to back end managers and organize, add, edit or delete documents that span as many pages as they like without HTML or web administration.
