AldaT's rE-solve component was originally designed and built for AldaT's own use. This component allows our computer support clients to file trouble tickets through our web site. Our support team is notified automatically and are then able to respond more quickly.
Diagnosis, prognosis and job costing is then controlled by the component. Invoices and infrastructure histories are available to our clients.
Although built with AldaT's needs in mind, this component is flexible enough for any business that handles support calls. Copiers, appliances and HVAC systems are some of the many possible uses.
