AldaT Custom Information Systems was started in June of 2000 by George Tadla. Combining experience as a network support professional and a web application programmer, George's vision was to build a firm that provided complete computer services for small to mid-size companies. In order to accomplish this George had to build a team of very skilled and knowledgeable people. George was able to seek out and hire individuals that thrived in his style of management. To fit in the AldaT team, one must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and self-evaluating. These qualities allow for full delgation of assignments.

By using creative methodologies for developing custom applications, AldaT has been able to offer cost-effective solutions to applying internet technologies to a variety of business processes. Additionally, keeping operating expenses at a minimum has allowed George to reward his employees at a level that increases retention rates of employees. These techniques have proven to be effective in reducing turnover and training costs, which in turn increases experience and customer service.

In short, George believes in applying traditional, proven business practices to a high tech company.
